med ball throws 10 mins @ 6-10 kg ball
5 x 3 bench @ 80% + 5 plyo pushups
3 x 4 Close grip bench press w/pause AHAP

3 rounds:
50 double unders
10 pushpress @ 60kg
15 ring dips
