ME lower body


plyometric work 10 mins (deapth jumps, seated box jumps etc)
3 RM good morning (narrow stance)
5 x 5 good morning (wide stance) @ 90% of 3 RM 
1.5 squats 5 x 3 (unrack bar and squat down, come back up past parallel, back down to bottom then up to the top)
10 rounds
3 front squats @ 80
5 HSPU
