5 deads @ 140
5 push press @ 70
rest 1 min between rounds
Max effort close grip bench 1,1,1,1
4 x 6 JM press
4 x 6 bench row
4 x 15 ring dips
4 x 15 elbows out tricep ext
Please don't do these back to back, unless you're insane.
