This is what I did whilst I was coaching the rest of the group:
1-1-1-1 Bench Press
1-1-1-1 Bent Over Row
3 x 5 JM DB Press
3 x 5 Kneeling DB Row
PM
3 x 5 DB Bench Press
3 x 5 DB Hang Clean and Press
Then,
3 rounds of:
5 Shoulder Shrug
10 Heaves
Then,
3 rounds of:
5 Hang Clean and Press
10 Clapping Push Ups
