All Day Event: 0730 - 1600
Every Hour on the Hour - 5 Heave, 20 Push Ups
Every Hour on the Half Hour - 20 Squats, 10 Atomic Crunches.

2 x Cycling Tabata
2 x Climbing Machine Tabata
2 x Rowing Tabata
1 minute rest between each tabata.
