Then:

Clean and Press @ 50% & Overhead Hold to failure +
100m Row sprint
Rest 3 Min
Then:
8 Rounds of:
Clean and Press @ 60% & Overhead Hold to failure +
100m Row sprint
Rest 3 Min
Then:

Clean and Press @ 70% & Overhead Hold to failure +
