A.M. Intervals 9 x 400’s Rest 1:1 walk recovery Time <1:30 br="br"> P.M. Helen (with a twist of lemon) 400 meter run 1.5 pood Kettlebell swing x 21 Pull-ups 12 reps 1:30> 3 rounds for time whilst wearing 20kg weight vest or body armour.
