Saturday Morning Technique Session
Saturday morning focused on technique.
Back Squat
Deadlift
Clean and Press
10 x 2 @ 75 1RM
Slow controlled reps, ensure a full range of motion and concentrate on correcting any weak points.
Included between the sets were weighted heaves, and various gymnastic movements.
