Thurday Strength Session
1-1-1-1 Back Squat
1-1-1-1 Deadlift
5 x 3 Back Squat
5 x 3 Deadlift
3 x 5 Weighted Lunge
3 x 5 Straight Legged DB Deadlift
Up at 3.30am to catch a flight, 2.5 hours of sleep and then straight into a heavy legs session. I slept well needless to say.
